A 30% deposit of
the total amount is required to confirm and hold your dates. Deposits
can be made via Western Union which is available in most countries
throughout the world.
Any cancellation made with 30 or more days notice before your scheduled
arrival date will be charged 50%. Any cancellation made with less
than 30 days notice will have their entire deposit forfeited.
Payments for accommodations are non-refundable. For this reason,
we recommend to reserve it for the minimum length of time that guests
will be staying at the property, and then extend the rental period
if decide to extend the stay.
The published rates are final prices including Rental Argentina`s
fee.
Upon arrival, our staff will meet you at your apartment with your
keys and orient you with the apartment. Your remaining balance will
be due and must be in cash. We will also collect a security deposit
in the amount depending on the time of renting that will be returned
to you, provided that everything is in the same condition as when
you arrived. If anything is damaged or missing, you agree to pay
the cost to repair or replace it. If the cost is more than the security
deposit, you agree to cover the remaining balance due.
The apartments can be rented for a minimum stay of one week. Some
of the apartments have minimum rental periods of one or more months.
If the guests want to extend their stay, they should let us know
as soon as possible to check the availability of the property and
to make a new contract for the new period. In this case, guests
will pay directly to the agency.
Check in time is at 2:00 PM and check out at 10:00 AM. If the guests
arrive before that time and the apartment is not occupied, they
may occupy the property before the check in time without extra charge.
The same at the time of departure, if the apartment is not reserved
for the same day, the guests may remain at the property until their
convenience time to leave without extra charge.
We deliver keys regularly from 09.00 hs to 21:00 hs. We do not deliver
keys from midnight to 08:00 hs. If you will be arriving to the apartment
from 08:00 hs to 09:00 hs or from 21:00 hs to midnight, please,
state this circumstance on your confirmation to make special arrangements
to have a representative waiting for you. This service has an additional
cost of US$ 30.
If the guests have any kind of inconvenience in the facilities functioning,
they should inform the property's owner as soon as possible.
Names, ID and ages must be provided by the guests previous to move
into the property. The use of the property by more persons than
the previously agreed can result in the cancellation of the contract.
Most of the apartments have installed a telephone service which
includes a credit to make local phone calls. The apartments include
the cost of this service in their prices. To make calls to cell
phones or international calls, pre-paid telephone cards can be used.
Any type of incoming calls can be received.
Rental Argentinais always at the disposal of guests to provide
